Shipping policy

At CalmGlow™, we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you will find information regarding our delivery process, timescales, and policies.

UK Delivery

We offer Free UK Delivery on all orders, regardless of order value. No minimum spend required.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery is expected within 2–4 working daysvia a tracked courier service.

We do not currently offer guaranteed next day delivery, but most UK orders arrive within 48 hours after dispatch.

International Delivery

We currently offer international delivery to selected countries. Shipping fees and timescales will vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 4–8 working days

  • North America: 6–12 working days

  • Rest of World: 7–14 working days

Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your local regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Dispatch Times

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.

All orders are sent using a tracked service. Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Pre-Order or Backorder Items

If an item is listed as "Pre-Order" or "Out of Stock", the estimated dispatch date will be clearly stated on the product page. Orders containing pre-order items will be held until all items are ready to dispatch.

Delivery Issues or Delays

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow a few additional working days for potential courier delays.

Should your order not arrive after this period, please contact us at info@calmglow.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate the matter promptly.

Incorrect Address Information

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all delivery information provided is correct. CalmGlow™ is not liable for orders that are delayed or undelivered due to incorrect address details submitted at checkout.
