Shipping Policy

At CalmGlow™, we aim to dispatch all orders quickly and carefully — every parcel is packed by our small family team in Scotland and sent using trusted UK couriers.

🚚 UK Delivery

  • Free UK Tracked Delivery on all orders — no minimum spend.

  • Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Mon–Fri).

  • Once dispatched, most parcels arrive the next working day, but please allow 1–2 business days during busy periods.

  • All parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, with tracking details emailed to you once your order has shipped.

We do everything we can to ensure fast, reliable delivery so your CalmGlow products reach you quickly and safely.

🌍 International Delivery

We currently ship to selected international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 4–8 working days

  • North America: 6–12 working days

  • Rest of World: 7–14 working days

Please note: customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your local regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer.

🕓 Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed before 4PM (Mon–Fri) are usually shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 4PM, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

You’ll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our hands.

🛍️ Pre-Order or Back-Order Items

If an item is marked Pre-Order or Out of Stock, an estimated dispatch date will appear on the product page.
Orders containing pre-order items will be sent once all products are ready.

⚠️ Delivery Issues or Delays

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow an extra 1–2 working days for courier delays (especially during peak periods).

If it still hasn’t arrived after that, contact us with your order number — we’ll look into it right away.

🏠 Incorrect Address Information

Please double-check your delivery details before confirming your order. CalmGlow™ is not responsible for delayed or undelivered parcels due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
